This Etna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Carricante 75%, Catarratto 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards alberello vines of 30 years old on volcanic soil at 500 metres of altitude. Vinification: soft pressing, short maceration and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged at least 10 months in big oak barrels and 10 in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
