The fruit is sourced from vineyards vine with an average age of 45 years old in a volcanic soil at 750 m above sea level in Contrada Calderara. Vinification: cold maceration for 24 hours, cold settling, fermentation in French tonneaux for the 40% and in concrete vats for the 60%.
