Crafted from Carricante 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards breeding on the north side in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in acacia barrels. The wine is aged 8 months in acacia barrique and 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
