Crafted from Carricante 80%, Catarratto 15%, Minella 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 15 years old cultvated with Spalliera and Alberello method on volcanic soil. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel vats. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
