Crafted from Carricante, with a small percentage of Catarratto, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old sapling vines that are 80 years old In the Nothern-East slope of Etna, in Contrada Moganazzi in Pasopisciaro, rootedin a volcanic soil at 650 m above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
