This Etna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Carricante 90%, Minnella 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on dark, sandy hills resulting from the collapse of part of Etna's slope and recent elements such as pumice, lapilli, fine, draining ash. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 8 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
