This Etna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Carricante, Catarratto, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a sandy volcanic soil at 720 metres above sea level in Castiglione di Sicilia. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
