Crafted from Carricante 80%, Catarratto 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on sandy soil of volcanic origin at an altitude of 500 meters, on the eastern slope of Etna. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine is aged 3 months in steel in contact with fine lees.
