This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Carricante 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at Milo, about plants of 1920, exposed to the South and at 1000 m. above sea level. Vinification: red vinification with maceration on the skins for 12-14 days. The wine is aged in large oak barrels. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
