This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 98% e Nerello Cappuccio 2%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 18 months in barriques, tonneaux and in big French oak barrels, new for the 20%. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
