Tasting Notes

This Campi Flegrei DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy and silty soils in the areas of Camaldoli and Astroni, between 200 and 400 meters of altitude. Vinification: cold pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature for 2 weeks in steel. The wine is aged 4 months in steel containers on the fine lees. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
