Tasting Notes

This Sannio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Presta, Pozzillo and Cesco vineyards on volcanic and clay soils at an altitude of 250 meters with south-west exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged from 3 to 6 months in steel. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
