A fine example of Campania winemaking, this Falanghina del Sannio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in calcareous clayey soil in the Guardiesi hills at 400 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
Campania is home to celebrated indigenous varieties like Aglianico, Fiano and Greco.
