This Falanghina del Sannio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Montesarchio, on clayey soils rich in limestone and volcanic stones between 380-500 metres above sea level. Vinification: cold maceration, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months in oak French barrels. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
