A fine example of Campania winemaking, this Campi Flegrei DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in the bottle. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
Campania's viticultural roots stretch back to ancient Roman times, among the oldest in Italy.
