A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Falerio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Trebbiano 50%, Passerina 25%, Pecorino 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines exposed to South-West and rooted on clay-limestone soils with sandy veins. Vinification: soft pressing, natural decantation for about 12 hours, fermentation with indigenous yeasts by pied de cuve for 18 days. The wine is aged in steel tanks for 6 months. A wine showing the freshness typical of Marche's coastal vineyards.
The region is best known for Verdicchio, one of Italy's most versatile white grapes.
