This prestigious Fiano di Avellino DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Manocalzati and Montefalcione on mid-mixture soils, at 400 metres above sea level on South-East exposure. Vinification: vinification in white in steel vats with controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months in bottle. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
