The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted in a hilly marny soil rich in potassium in San Floriano del Collio area. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in steel tanks and in wooden barrels, aging for 8 months and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged at least 70 months on the least and other 10 months after disgorging. A wine representing Lombardy's sophisticated winemaking style with precision and elegance.
