This Franciacorta DOCG stands as a benchmark for Lombardy's highest quality classification. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Nero , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a marny soil rich in clay and limestone from San Felice, in Castelnuovo Berardenga village. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature and second fermentation in bottle according to the SoloUva Method, a variant of the Traditional Method. The wine is aged at least 24 months on the lees. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
The region's alpine influence and varied terroir create wines of remarkable elegance and precision.
