Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the vineyards of Dosso, Limbo, Larga and Roccolo, with exposure to East, South-East. Vinification: fermentation in small oak barrels for five months, then sparkling wine produced according to the classic method or Champenoise, with a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
