Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Frascati Superiore DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Malvasia Puntinata 80%, Bombino Bianco 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines that are 35-50 years old, rooted in a volcanic soil at 200-250 metres above sea level, faced to South-East- Organic farming. Vinification: short cold maceration for some hours for the Bombino grapes and separated alcoholic fermentation for grape type in steel tanks for 15-20 days. Minimum added suphites only during bottling. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine true to Lazio's ancient winemaking traditions.
