Friulano Ferlat

This exceptional Friuli Isonzo DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Tocai Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: short maceration of the must with the skins (48 h) followed by soft pressing and a spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
