Gin 'Etna' Amacardo

This distinctive wine from Sicily embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 40% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from two plots of Central Otago region. Vinification: fermnetation in steel with maceration on the skins from 17-25 days. The wine is aged 14 months in new oak wood barrels.
