Gin Pure Organic Engine

Hailing from Liguria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 42% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 90%, Riesling 5%, Sauvignon 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards manual harvesting in December after a long withering on the vine. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel and in small oak barrels. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the coastal, saline character typical of Liguria's terraced vineyards.
