Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 42% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Carignano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards isola di Sant'Antioco (CI) - above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic fermentation in barrique. The wine is aged 10 months in barriques of Allier and 6 months in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
