The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15-year-old vines on clay soil at an altitude of 300 metres. Organic farming with grassed rows and use of green manure. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is aged 12 months in French tonneaux.
