Crafted from Granazza 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on clay, poor and calcareous soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 4-5 days. The wine is aged 36 months in big neutral oak barrels. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
