Hailing from Lazio, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Grenache 40%, Syrah 30%, Carignano 20%, Tempranillo 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sapling vines in a clayey soil at 300-400 metres above sea level, faced to South. Organic farming. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks for 15 days. The wine is aged 20 months in new barriques and at least 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the easy-drinking character typical of Lazio's classic whites.
