Crafted from Inzolia 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40-years-old-vines from Patti Piccolo located in Alcamo village, in a sandy soil at 350 metres above sea level, faced to North and North-East. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 8 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
