This Irpinia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 450 meters above sea level on clay and limestone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 20 days. The wine is aged 12 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
Campania's viticultural roots stretch back to ancient Roman times, among the oldest in Italy.
