The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a volcanic and mineral soil at 200-250 meters above sea level, south-east faced. Organic cultivation. Vinification: maceration and fermentation for 15-20 days in steel tanks. Without added sulphites. The wine is aged 5 months in barrique.
