This distinctive wine from Lombardy embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 15.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 390 metres above sea level with sud-est esposition on clay soils with chalky substrate. Vinification: manual harvest in 3 different moments and alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats. Bottling in spring after few racking.
