Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Tocai (Friulano) 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins, without the temperature control. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation vats are filled and closed, the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3 months. The wine is aged 42 months in oak barrels. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
