'K 1900' Bianco Cantina di Caldaro Kaltern

Hailing from Alto Adige, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 5-10 years old vines located on clayey and calcareous soils at 450-600 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged in steel vats on the lees for 4 months. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
