A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Kerner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards pluner and Mitsch - Bressanone (BZ) - 700 meters above sea level, facing at South, South-West. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation for 12 days (in steel tanks and barrels of acacia wood). The wine is aged 8 months in stainless steel tanks and barrels of acacia wood. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
