Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 40%, Friulano 30%, Malvasia Istriana 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on Ponka soils (Opoka marl/Arenaria) at 110-140 m altitude with southern exposure from the vineyards of Monte Calvario (2003), Gradisciutta (1991), Piedimonte (2008), San Floriano (1993). Vinification: traditional fermentation without the use of selected yeasts. The wine is aged 36 months in 20 and 30 hectoliters barrels and after 12 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
Cool alpine breezes and diverse soils give Friuli's wines their trademark aromatic precision.
