This Vesuvio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Caprettone 85%, Falanghina 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Terzigno - Boscoreale on sandy and volcanic soils at 250-350 meters above sea level with south-west exposure. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
Volcanic soils around Vesuvius give Campania wines a distinctive mineral intensity.
