This Vesuvio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Coda di volpe 50% e Falanghina 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines, in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, at 280 metres above sea level on soils rich in white marls. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at 27-28°. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
Campania's viticultural roots stretch back to ancient Roman times, among the oldest in Italy.
