Crafted from Lambrusco Grasparossa 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyard of 45 years cultivated on clavey and calcareous soils on the north-west side at 400 metres of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and refermentation in the bottle according to the ancestral method.
