Produced in Emilia Romagna, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Lambrusco Grasparossa 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyard of 45 years cultivated on clavey and calcareous soils on the north-west side at 400 metres of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and refermentation in the bottle according to the ancestral method. The wine is aged 11 months on the lees in concrete vats for the 20% and in big oak barrels for the 80%. A wine showing the lively, versatile spirit of Emilia Romagna wines.
