Produced in Emilia Romagna, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Lambrusco Maestri 70%, Lambrusco Grasparossa 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Montecchio Emilia, on clayey and sandy soils with deep gravel. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous refermentation in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method. The wine is aged 12 months in wooden barrels. A wine reflecting the region's deep-rooted culinary wine traditions.
Emilia Romagna is the home of Lambrusco and a deeply food-driven wine culture.
