Produced in Emilia Romagna, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 11.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Grasparossa, Ancellotta, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards deep soils of medium texture, between the hills south of Reggio Emilia and the first hills of Modena. Vinification: fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. No addition of sulfites. The wine is aged 60 months on the lees.
