Crafted from Lambrusco (Graparossa, Sorbara, Salamino, Maestri, Montericco) 75%, Malbo Gentile 15% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 years vines at 200 meters above sea level on silt-clay soils rich in pebbles. Organic agriculture. Vinification: maceration for 4-5 days, spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and second fermentation in bottle. No filtrations. The wine is aged 12 months in steel tanks and 9 months in bottle. A wine showing the lively, versatile spirit of Emilia Romagna wines.
