The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines rooted on sandy soil from granite weathering at an altitude of 350 m above sea level and with Guyot system. Vinification: crushing and de-stemming, short maceration on the skins and fermentation in stainless steel, refermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti / Charmat method.
