The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 years vines at 200 meters above sea level on silt-clay soils rich in pebbles. Organic agriculture. Vinification: maceration for 4-5 days, spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and second fermentation in bottle. No filtrations. The wine is aged 18 months in barriques.
