Crafted from Catarratto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines from 1976 a few steps from the sea. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats wiht indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
The region's coastal, saline character comes through clearly in its crisp white wines.
