Crafted from Pinot Gris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on gravelly and sandy soils rich in stones near the Isonzo river. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 10 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months on the lees in steel vats.
