Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 60 years old vines in a red soil rich in limestone and clay. Organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in barrique. The wine is aged 8 months in barriques and in oak barrels.
