The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on flat land of volcanic and alluvial origin, at the foot of the Euganean Hills in the municipality of Lozzo Atestino. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous steel yeasts, maceration for 5 days in contact with the skins. The wine is aged 9 months in concrete tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
