A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Carso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Malvasia 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards young vines rooted on the Carso red lands, characterized by a rich presence of iron. Vinification: maceration for 3 days for a small part of the mass, alcoholic fermentation in steel and partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
