The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Vineyard Fontanasanta, on soils rich in clay and limestone. Vinification: fermentation in cement tanks, with maceration of 7 days. The wine is aged 7 months in barrels of acacia, then bottled without fining or filtration. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
